Easts FC offers both male and female football programs for players aged 3 years to over 45 years of all abilities. Whether you are just getting started with football or you are looking to sharpen your skills, there is something for everyone at Easts FC.
Winter Season:
The Easts FC Winter Season is the club’s biggest program. As part of the ESFA Winter Competition, Easts FC teams compete against other clubs across the Eastern Suburbs on Saturdays and Sundays. The season runs from April through to September, finishing with finals for U13's+. Easts FC offers a range of teams to suit all abilities and experience levels, including regular teams, gold teams, and select (advanced) teams. All of our teams are guided by qualified coaches and take part in training sessions during the week. The program includes pre-season training, two weekly training sessions during the Winter Season, and weekly ESFA competition games. Led by Football Australia–licensed coaches, players gain access to top divisions, quality facilities, tournament opportunities like the Kanga Cup, and ongoing feedback to support their development. Gold Squads (formerly Black):
Our Gold squads are essentially designed to bridge the gap between our normal Winter teams and our Select teams. This program is offered to those players that did not quite make the Select squads for whatever reason. They receive the same training and game day Coach, one training session a week (with the option to do an additional session). In essence, it tends to be our next tier when a player is looking to improve and be more focussed on their football.
Spring Cup:
Spring Cup is our internal competition which runs from September to December each year. This compeition involves small sided game for ages U6-U16 running on Saturdays and Sundays with training sessions throughout the week. Spring Cup allows players to continue playing football after the Winter season ends and the weather starts to warm up.
Summer Kickstarter:
Easts Summer Kickstarter program is the perfect way to kick off the new year with football. Designed for players U6–U18, it focuses on developing core skills, building fitness, and having fun in a supportive environment. Sessions are led by Football Australia–licensed Easts FC coaches, with small group training followed by fast-paced 4v4 games in a “street football” style. It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your game, stay active, and connect with friends over the summer before the winter season starts.
Little Easts Program:
Easts FC Little Easts program is a fun and inclusive program designed for preschoolers aged 3–5 of all abilities, held on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Through short, game-based sessions, kids are introduced to football in a supportive and engaging way. The focus is on developing new skills, staying active, making friends, and maybe even discovering the next Easts FC star. Our passionate coaches ensure every class strikes the right balance between skill-building and fun. Little Easts is the perfect entry point to Easts FC, with our Mini’s program (U6 & U7) as the next step in the journey. REGISTER FOR TERM 4 HERE

One on One & Small Group Coaching:
Our 1-on-1 and small group sessions (up to 4 players) are designed to fast-track development with tailored training. Unlike team sessions, private coaching allows our licensed coaches to focus on individual strengths and weaknesses, helping players refine their technique, build confidence, and accelerate improvement in a supportive setting.
School Holiday Camps:
Easts FC host school holiday camps every school holiday break. These camps consist of a full day holiday camp and skill sessions, with the opportunity to participate in both. These camps allow players to remain active, develop skills, play games, and have fun over the school holiday period. Skills sessions are provided over each holiday camp day and delve into one particular skill per day to focus on, for example: 1v1s on Monday and striking the ball on Tuesday. These session add-ons are prime for developing specific game related skills, giving player the oppertunity to feel more confident and dominant on the field.
Clovelly School Program:
Easts FC's Clovelly School Program is a program open to all Kindergarten aged players, from all abilities. Sessions focus on developing core skills, such as passing, shooting, dribbling, agility, and 1v1 play, while always keeping fun at the centre. Guided by certified Easts FC coaches, the program adapts to each age and ability level, creating a supportive environment that builds both individual ability and teamwork.
